Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving:)

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Mom & Dad Steel's. We drove all night to get there at 2am.. in the morning and left Thanksgiving night around 7pm to come home,,, but it was wonderful to be with everyone!! Football Season is over- JV went undefeated!!

Ashley Golfed Great Today:)

Ashley golfed her last tournament today with MJC for the season. The tournament was held in Ripon and golfers from all over came and competed, Sierra Junior college, Sacramento City college, American River college. Ashley after 18 holes ended up with a score of 90! We were so proud of her!! She made friends and did lots of laughing:) I can't believe she is 18 and competing at a college level! Her coach has great hopes for her next year:) And of course so do we:)

JV Pitman Pride WIN!! 26-0

It was a much better night friday night During the Pitman vs Atwater football game. No drama this night:) Our JV team won 26-0. Zach had 1 touchdown and David had an interception!! We can't believe that there is only 3 games left of the season.:( So far the JV team is undefeated!
Ashley's Golf season is ending also this Tuesday. I will be going to watch her play. This has been a learning time for her. She also just got a job at another local Golf Course so she is very excited!!
Nathan will be trying out for Basketball and track in the months ahead. He is doing so well is school ... we can't be more proud of him!!

It was an exciting night for Pitman's JV Football team. They won 20-6!! Unfortunetly the Varsity lost 7-0. It was good night until the fans on the Turlock side began displaying signs that were not appropiate for the game. Then at the same time there were a a few fights in the students area.:(
Zach's knee is healed and both he and David played well friday night:)The rest of the weekend was very relaxing.:)
I was in Rocklin Ca on Thursday and Friday for an Activity Director Conference. It was good and I learned somethings that I can bring back to my facility. We wish you a wonderful week ahead:) Go Pitman!!

Busy Week & Weekend for the Gianesin's:)

Nathan's JH had thier last game against Dutcher JH on Thursday and Turlock JH Won! Nathan had a chance to play Goalie and really enjoyed it. He did good to.. only let 1 ball go bye!:) He is getting soooo tall:)
Ashley celebrated her 18th Birthday on Friday:) We all went to dinner with Ashley Dad and stepmom and had a great time! It's hard to believe that she is 18!! Clayton the love of her life came to spend the day with her on Sat:)
David & zach enjoyed a weekend off of football and visited with friends all weekend:)
It was nice to spend the weekend with our family & friends:) I hope you all have a great, safe week ahead! God Bless...

Jv Wins against the Thunder but Zach gets hurt:(

Friday night our JV Pitman team beat the buchak Thunder 13-6. It broke the Thunders 6 yr run undefeated!! Unfortuntly tho Zach got hurt in the begining of the game. #67 on thier team rolled over Zach's leg and Zach's MCL is sprained. He was happy tho to see his teammates move on to victory and cheered from the sidelines. David did a great job too!
It was nice to see brotherly support when he came over to check on Zach.
Ashley will be in moteray this week for a golf tournament. What an opportunity!:) Nathan's soccer season is just about winding down... 2 more games. He has really enjoyed this season and learned so much!
Tom went golfing this morning with a close friend it's something he really enjoys when he has the chance.

JV Pitman WON over Downy 42-24. Downy has a beautiful stadium that is for sure:) Zach had 1 touchdown for over 80 yards, and David did great on defence and offence!

Turlock JH Soccer team wins over teel.

Nathan's team won today 8-0 against Teel. He got to play to whole second half and did a great job! I thought I would post a picture of him playing! Ashley has a golf tournament tomorrow and the boys have a football game against Downy High School on Friday!

Great Week & Weekend:)

Ashley scored an 83 at her golf tournament in Sacramento!Yeah:)We are so proud of her! The boys JV team WON their first game against Oakmont Highschool. Zach & David each scored a touchdown!! It was a close game near the end. But they pulled it off! It was a great night especially since it was Pitman's Homecoming:) And Nathan played the whole second half of his Soccer game for the JH. He is still learning, and doing great! Happy Anniversary to my parent's- it's their 45 yr today:) Well we wish you all a wonderful week ahead! The Pic above is of the JV Football team praying before the game.. our boys have been instrumental in this:) Praise the Lord:)

Ashley has a golf match tomorrow in Sacramento, Nathan has an away JH soccer game, and David & Zach are playing JV football of Friday night:0) I am sooooo proud of all of my kids! Parenting may not be the easiest thing to do, but there are moments you wouldn't trade the world for:)
Recently my Mom & Dad came up for the 1st football game and to go to a funeral of a good friend of thiers. But during thier visit we took this picture with them & the kids and thought I would share it:)( Nathan is our serious one..lol:) Have a great week everyone!
